This notice describes how the Nature Coast AI website handles information when you browse or send an inquiry.

When you contact us

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, and message so we can respond and discuss your needs. Cloudflare processes the request, Cloudflare Turnstile checks it for spam, and Resend delivers it to our business inbox. Inquiry correspondence is held in our email system. Please do not include passwords, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information.

Understanding where inquiries come from

When available, an inquiry also includes the page where you arrived, the page you contacted us from, campaign labels from the link you followed, and the referring website’s hostname. This helps us understand which services and marketing lead to conversations. Our inquiry attribution does not collect the referring page’s full address, search terms, or the contents of other forms.

Browser preferences and website measurement

Your color preference stays in your browser’s local storage. Limited inquiry-source information is kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes of use and sent with the form only when you submit an inquiry. Closing the tab clears its session storage; you can clear stored preferences through your browser settings.

The hosted site uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. These hosting and measurement services may process request information needed to operate the site. We do not send the text of your inquiry to Web Analytics.
