AI coaching & workshops

Learn AI. Use it at work.

Bring a task you want to make easier. Learn to write useful prompts, check the answers, and apply AI with confidence—on your own or with your team.

01 / How we can help

Choose how you want to learn.

Beginner or regular user, individual or team: we’ll shape the session around your starting point and the work you want to do.

01Individual AI coaching

Get one-to-one guidance on the tasks and tools you want to learn. Ask questions, try an approach, and refine it at your own pace.

An agreed learning goal, guided practice on your examples, and prompts or exercises to take away. Tell us what you use and where you get stuck.

02Team AI workshop

Give your team a shared way to try AI, compare results, and discuss where it fits in their roles.

An agreed agenda, exercises based on familiar work, and time for questions and review. We’ll confirm group size, session length, and delivery format in the proposal.

03Practical skills to take away

Learn how to give context, specify an output, spot unsupported answers, and decide when a person needs to take over.

Practice drafting and revising, checking against sources, and handling information carefully. The focus is using the tools well, not memorizing jargon.

Have a task in mind? Talk through your needs

An example to explore

Give AI a task it can follow.

A small example of what you can practice in a session: turn an open-ended request into clear instructions, then review the result.

Starting prompt

Write a follow-up email to a customer.

A more useful prompt

Draft a short, friendly follow-up about the quote I sent on Monday. Ask whether the customer has questions. Use only the details I provide. Don’t invent a price, deadline, or availability. Leave missing details in brackets for me to fill in.

Sample training exercise. Compare the draft with your actual quote, fill in missing details, and check every claim before sending.

Discuss an example from your work

03 / How we work

Start with the work. Build from there.

  1. Tell us about the work

Share the task, the tools you use, and what a better result would look like. We’ll work through your questions in plain language.

  2. Agree on the first step

Review the scope, deliverables, cost, and timing before committing. Start with a focused project or session you can evaluate.

  3. Try it, check it, use it

Work through real examples, review the results, and learn what you need to keep using the tool or skill. Discuss any further work separately.

No technical background required.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. You don’t need a technical background. We’ll start with what you know and explain each step as you practice.

Can a workshop use our own examples?

Yes. We’ll choose examples together and agree on how to handle sensitive information before the session. Sample or redacted material works well for practice.

Which tools will we use?

Tell us which AI tools you already have access to. We’ll choose suitable tools for the session and explain any account or subscription requirements beforehand.

How long is a session, and how much does it cost?

That depends on the learning goals, format, and number of participants. We’ll propose the agenda, session length, and cost before you book.

What would you like to learn?

Tell us whether you’re learning on your own or with a team, your starting point, and one task you would like to practice.

We’ll reply by email to understand your needs and suggest a next step. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a project.

Before work begins, we’ll agree on the scope, timing, and cost.

For example: We’re a team of five, new to AI, and want to practice writing and checking customer replies.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry. How we handle your information.
